Tutto quello che potrebbe essermi piaciuto è stato vanificato dai lati negativi.
Inqualificabile il comportamento di due addetti alla reception, per fortuna non tutti. Al momento del check out chiediamo un late check out, perché avevamo il volo alle 22.40. La sera prima, da un altro addetto, ci era stato detto che c'era disponibilità e addirittura ci hanno detto quanto avremmo pagato. La mattina dopo hanno detto che non c'era disponibilità di stanze, quando noi, prima di scendere a chiedere, abbiamo fatto una simulazione su Booking ed erano disponibili svariate camere. La motivazione, che gli è sfuggita, è stata: "ah! ma è di Booking". Quindi pare che i clienti Booking siano di serie B e a loro non siano riservate le possibilità che danno agli altri clienti! Al momento del conto, chiediamo spiegazioni sul cambio applicato, facciamo notare che hanno utilizzato una quotazione elevata e ci è stato risposto in maniera maleducata, arrogante e trattandoci come due dementi, come se non fossimo a conoscenza che il cambio cambia ogni giorno. Inoltre, alla nostra richiesta di avere la fattura, non hanno potuto rifiutarla, ma era evidente il disappunto e il fastidio per la richiesta. Ovviamente, a questo punto e davanti al loro comportamento, ho perso le staffe e gli ho detto tutto quello che pensavo...in italiano, tanto capiscono tutto anche se fanno finta di non capirlo. Illuminazione scarsa: col buio o col cielo nuvoloso, impossibile leggere, si vede pochissimo. Abat-jour comandate da un solo interruttore vicino ad uno dei due letti, per cui uno dei due ospiti se vuole la luce accesa, deve poi alzarsi per spegnerla e tornare dalla sua parte a tentoni. Le pulizie, sufficienti, ma ad orari indefiniti: più volte, tornando alle 13.00/13.30 in camera, non era ancora stata sistemata. Colazione banale e monotona, per 13 giorni sempre le stesse cose, poca varietà sia di dolce che di salato. Inutile dire che non lo consigliamo affatto.
